Talor Sax is an early stage digital health investor with special interest in Diagnostics and Digital Therapeutics. He is the Founding partner and CEO of “eHealth Ventures” - a leading digital health incubator with a portfolio of exciting and promising start-ups.

Talor has over 20 years of international experience in leading Digital Health, Healthcare IT, and Healthcare technology companies. Backed by mixed education of Computer Science, Economy, MBA corporate finance, Talor has deep experience as CEO, Product Management and Business development of Digital health companies with a track record including companies in the USA, Europe, India and Israel.

Founded in 2014, eHealth Ventures was launched to find, fund, and grow promising early-stage Israeli digital health companies, and is backed by international investors and strategic partners. The eHealth Ventures portfolio consists of 30 companies, all of which were founded and developed in Israel.

Prior to founding eHealth, Talor Sax, CEO and managing partner of eHealth Ventures, spent a decade working with various healthcare systems in the United States and Europe, and identified a series of technological gaps in comparison to the advancements of the Israeli health care system.

Keren Shechter Azulay

Keren Shechter Azulay started her career in healthcare over 18 years ago, and has held numerous management positions in the private sector. She spent 5 years as Head of the Southern District of Maccabi Healthcare Services, Director of a Secondary Health center and VP of Strategic Planning of Maccabi. She holds a BA in Business Administration and MA magna cum laude in Health Management from Ben Gurion University. Additionally, she is a graduate of the Harvard University Wexner Senior Leadership Program.

Dr. Joseph Rosenblum

30+ years of experience in Healthcare IT. Former CIO at Meuhedet and at Shiba hospital. Former CTO at Comet, and a lecturer in the field at several academic institute

Ophir Shahaf

Business Development
Ex-CEO of Hadasit Bio Holdings Ltd, a public company in TA and the US – financial tech transfer arm for the Hadassah Hospital System. Member of the founding team of Clal Biotechnology Industries (CBI), VP BD for Protalix Biopharmaceuticals.

Yossi Lovton

35+ years of experience in product development, management experience, leading multidisciplinary R&D and engineering teams. Former senior VP R&D, Engineering and the GM of LifeWatch Technologies in Israel. A former employee of Motorola Israel for 28 years in various technological and managerial positions. Holds Bachelor in Electronics Engineering, MBA in Marketing and Executive MS in Marketing.

Highly experienced corporate commercial lawyer. Almost 20 years of experience in representing technology-based companies, venture capital funds, entrepreneurs and investors, in ongoing activities and complex cross border transactions. Holds LL.B, B.A. in Accounting, and MBA in Marketing and Strategy, from Tel-Aviv University.

Aryeh Stern

Licensed CPA in Israel. Rich experience in financial management, working at a variety of companies including in the medical technology and tourism industries. Experienced in financial services and audit of private and public companies working at KPMG (multinational “Big 4 Firm”). Holds a BA in Business and Accounting, MBA in Finance.

US Partner
A chartered financial analyst as well as a seasoned entrepreneur and investment professional. He is currently a founding partner at Shafa Invesco, a boutique family office and General Partner in eHealth Ventures. Mr. Fainbraun is also a venture partner and strategy consultant in several private equity owned businesses.
