Keren Schachter
Chairperson
A seasoned healthcare and business leader with more than 20 years of experience in strategic consulting, healthcare management, medtech, startups, and NGOs. She currently serves as CEO of Maccabi Enterprise, the independent business arm of Maccabi Healthcare Services, Israel’s second-largest HMO. Prior to her current role, Keren served as Director of Maccabi’s Southern District and Chief Strategic Officer at Maccabi's headquarter.
Keren holds a BA in Business Administration and an MA magna cum laude in Health Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. In addition, she is a graduate of the Harvard University Senior Leadership Program.
Yossi Lovton
CEO
35+ years of executive leadership experience in technology, innovation, business strategy, and organizational growth. Over the past eight years, led the fund’s technology strategy, innovation agenda, and operational excellence as CTO, playing a key role in shaping its strategic direction and long-term value creation. Brings extensive experience in leading complex organizations, driving innovation, scaling operations, and delivering sustainable growth. Previously served as Senior Vice President of R&D and Engineering and General Manager of LifeWatch Technologies in Israel. Prior to that, spent 28 years with Motorola Israel in senior technological and executive management roles. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, an MBA in Marketing, and an Executive MS in Marketing.

Highly experienced corporate commercial lawyer. Almost 20 years of experience in representing technology-based companies, venture capital funds, entrepreneurs and investors, in ongoing activities and complex cross border transactions. Holds LL.B, B.A. in Accounting, and MBA in Marketing and Strategy, from Tel-Aviv University.

He is currently a founding partner at Shafa Invesco, a boutique family office and General Partner in eHealth Ventures. Mr. Fainbraun is also a venture partner and strategy consultant in several private equity owned businesses.
Kelly Klein
Corporate Development Manager
Experienced investment professional with a strong background in investment banking, venture capital, fundraising, and strategic business development. Began her career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. before transitioning into venture capital, working with leading funds including DN Capital and Apex Ventures.
Later founded her own consultancy, advising high-growth digital health companies on fundraising, investor relations, strategic partnerships, business development, and M&A initiatives. Has worked closely with founders and executive leadership teams to secure capital, strengthen investor positioning, and accelerate commercial growth.
